MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A woman who authorities say was found in possession of hundreds of painkillers has been charged in North Dakota.

Court records show that 29-year-old Precious Bailey, of Minot, has been charged with one count of intent to deliver a controlled substance.

The Highway Patrol says Bailey was arrested Saturday in Minot for an outstanding warrant and driving under suspension. Law enforcement officers then found her in possession of 430 oxycodone pills, which authorities say have an estimated street value of more than $25,000.

Bailey’s court records do not list an attorney who could comment on the charges.

She is being held at the Ward County Jail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Nov. 5.
