NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man is facing a felony driving under the influence charge after police say he struck and fatally injured a motorcyclist.

Police say 27-year-old Romivel Cruz of Nashua was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated in connection with the Sunday night accident.

The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital.

The charge is punishable by up to seven years in jail.

It was not immediately known whether Cruz has a lawyer.
