DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say the regional airport in Dickinson has been temporarily shut down after an aircraft landed carrying a suspicious bag making a beeping noise.

Officials said Wednesday that the Stark County Sheriff’s Department secured the aircraft, and the passengers were interviewed.

The Stark County Department of Emergency Services says the sheriff’s department is waiting for the Bismarck Bomb Squad to investigate the aircraft.

Agencies including the FBI and the North Dakota Highway Patrol are also involved.

The county emergency services department says the situation at Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport remains under investigation.
