BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence after Billings police found him sitting in his car in a Taco Bell parking lot.

The Billings Gazette reports (https://bit.ly/1L0x43C ) that 37-year-old Justin Burns pleaded guilty Tuesday in Yellowstone County District Court. He has three previous DUI convictions from 2006, 2003 and 1993.

Officials say Burns was arrested in July 2014 after witnesses saw him fight with his wife in the parking lot of an Applebee’s. Police found Burns in the parking lot of the Taco Bell, where he said he had pulled over in order to call a ride because he realized he should not drive.

His sentencing date is scheduled for December.
