CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - Vice President Joe Biden hasn’t announced whether he’ll run for president, but a group that wants him in the race is ramping up its staff in Nevada.

The organization Draft Biden announced Wednesday that political strategist Ronni Council will be its state director for Nevada. The super PAC says other prominent campaign operatives are now on board with the pro-Biden movement in other early primary and caucus states.

Council previously worked on Sen. Harry Reid’s re-election effort, and has also worked on prior Hillary Clinton and Biden presidential campaigns.

Draft Biden also announced that it had hired Jocelyn Sida as its Nevada Latino Outreach Coordinator.

The group said it’s building the infrastructure Biden would need to run a successful campaign if he decides to seek the Democratic nomination.
