ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Albuquerque police have arrested one suspect in a fatal shooting but a second one remains at large.

Authorities say 36-year-old Ramon Acosta was taken into custody late Saturday and booked on charges of murder and conspiracy.

Police say he and 37-year-old Charles Robinson are accused of being involved in Thursday’s shooting death of 33-year-old William Martinez at an Albuquerque apartment.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Robinson on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault with intent to commit a violent felony and conspiracy.

Investigators say Robinson is considered armed and dangerous.

He also goes by the name Devon Jones or Q.

It was not immediately clear Sunday if Acosta had an attorney.
