PHOENIX (AP) - Police say two teens were stabbed Tuesday afternoon in a south Phoenix park.

Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Trent Crump says the 17- and 18-year-old victims were attacked in a dispute at Cesar Chavez Park.

Crump says investigators are trying to determine the source of the dispute between the victims and their attackers.

The 18-year-old suffered life-threatening injuries.

Once the victims were attacked, they ran to a library within the park and to neighboring Cesar Chavez High School.

Crump declined to say whether the victims were students at the school.
