SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) - A former Greene County Sheriff’s deputy faces up to 20 years in prison after he admitted to sharing child pornography online.

Juan Jones pleaded guilty Monday to receiving and distributing child pornography.

The Springfield News-Leader reports (https://sgfnow.co/22Lg46f ) a criminal complaint says authorities found 168 videos and about 1,500 images of child porn on Jones’ Dropbox account and more images on his cell phone.

The complaint says the images show children as young as infants engaged in sexual acts.

Jones faces a mandatory minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years in federal prison.

He was a patrol deputy for the Greene County Sheriff’s office between September 2013 and January 2016.
