COLDWATER, Mich. (AP) - Remnants of methamphetamine labs have been found in the past two weeks on roadsides in Branch County.

The Daily Reporter of Coldwater (https://bit.ly/20Sb7sT ) reported Monday that two certified meth disposal officers have been called on to remove 15 meth labs.

Sheriff John Pollack says people should be suspicious before picking up bottles that are found, and to leave them alone if there’s material inside. He says 911 should be called if there are tubes sticking out of the top and there’s a gray or bluish residue inside bottles.

Pollack says meth is still a problem, though in the county much of the concentrated drug effort is on heroin.
