CODY, Wyo. (AP) - The trial date for a woman charged in the death of her boyfriend, whose decapitated body was found in northern Wyoming in 2014, has been pushed back.

The Cody Enterprise reports (https://bit.ly/1YEbvJP ) that Sandra Garcia is charged along with her brother, Pedro Garcia Jr, and John Louis Marquez in the death of Juan Antonio Guerra-Torres. Sandra Garcia’s trial had been scheduled to start early next month, but the date has been postponed after the defense filed a motion for a continuance.

Authorities found the body of Guerra-Torres in January 2014. His head, right hand and left arm had been cut off.

Authorities say the three suspects plotted to kill the victim over a drug debt.

The Garcia siblings and Marquez have denied the charges against them.
