LUBBOCK, Texas (AP) - Two more men face charges of providing alcohol to a minor in the 2014 death of an 18-year-old freshman attending Texas Tech University.

Records show 23-year-old Eric Spenk was arrested Monday on a misdemeanor charge of purchasing or furnishing alcohol to a minor. Officials say 21-year-old Canyon Brock was booked Tuesday on the same count. Both were released on $2,500 bonds.

The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal (https://bit.ly/23JXDVn ) reports the two are among five ex-members of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity charged since the death of Dalton Debrick of Irving.

An autopsy found Debrick died of acute alcohol intoxication. His body was found in a house where Lubbock police hours earlier responded to noise complaints.

Online jail records had no information for Spenk or Brock.

The legal drinking age in Texas is 21.
