ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Investigators say it was a confrontation over a gang name that led to a fatal shooting at a St. Paul park last weekend.

A criminal complaint says the victim, 18-year-old Bobby Collins, and a man from a rival gang fired gunshots during the confrontation that started over the gang name Forever After Money.

Two men who were with Collins are charged with rioting. The St. Paul Pioneer Press (https://bit.ly/23KlrZl ) reports an 18-year-old St. Paul man was charged Wednesday with rioting and committing crime for the benefit of a gang in connection with Collins’ death.

Police say officers encountered about 300 people as they arrived at Indian Mounds Regional Park Sunday night on a report of shots fired. They found Collins with a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
