SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Some East Bay BART passengers will still be using shuttle buses as the public transportation system still hasn’t fixed electrical problems between two stations.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/1qpShgh ) that there will be no regular train service between the Pittsburg/Bay Point and North Concord/Martinez stations on Monday.

BART officials spent two days testing train service between the stations in hopes of resuming normal service, but found the trains were still experiencing problems.

BART passengers have been using shuttle buses for more than two weeks after an electrical issue knocked trains out of commission. Engineers still don’t know what caused the problem.
