LYMAN, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say they are investigating a fire at a Spartanburg County church shed as arson.

Local media outlets report that crews from the Tyger River Fire Department were called to Lyman Wesleyan Church at around 3:30 Monday morning.

When they arrived, they found a building used to store lawn care equipment fully engulfed.

Investigators have not said what started the fire but think it is suspicious. Officials say there was gasoline stored in the shed but that electricity was not running to it.
