GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Green Bay police say a man fatally shot over the weekend may have been an innocent bystander in the targeted crime.

Officers were called to a house Saturday night and found a 25-year-old man had been shot. WLUK-TV (https://bit.ly/1W36cF2 ) reports the man was taken to a Green Bay hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police on Monday identified the victim as 25-year-old Ricardo Gomez. Police are looking for a 20-year-old man who they say is “armed and extremely dangerous.”

Investigators say the shooting is not a random act of violence.
