PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A 26-year-old woman has pleaded guilty in the killing of a 23-year-old Philadelphia man who was shot in a landlord-tenant dispute.

Philly.com reports (https://bit.ly/1SMO3IL ) 26-year-old Brittany Young entered the plea on Monday to murder and conspiracy charges.

Prosecutors say she encouraged her boyfriend, Shawn Allen, to shoot into an apartment in 2013. Investigators say the couple was with a group that had accompanied the owner when she went to the site to evict the tenants.

Prosecutors say Young told Allen and others to come back armed during a confrontation.

Fisher was staying with a friend in the basement apartment when he was fatally shot. Authorities say he wasn’t involved in the apartment dispute.

Allen was sentenced to 22 to 60 years behind bars.

Young will be sentenced on June 23.
