BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - A gunman who opened fire inside a Buffalo barber shop has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Luis Olivera-Arvelo admitted Tuesday to fatally shooting 29-year-old Juan Santiago on Sept. 1. Prosecutors say the shooting may have been retaliation. It happened about 10 minutes after the victim allegedly threatened the 25-year-old shooter with a machete.

Olivera-Arvelo faces up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced May 2.
