PEORIA, Ariz. (AP) - A second suspect allegedly involved in an armed robbery and a shootout at a Peoria smoke shop two months ago has been arrested.

Peoria police say 36-year-old Ryan Patrick Carr was taken into custody without incident Tuesday morning.

His arrest came one day after the other suspect - 24-year-old Kevin Michael Breit II - was arrested in California by San Diego police.

Carr and Breit are accused of participating in an armed robbery and a shootout with the clerk at the G&S; Smoke in Peoria on June 22.

Nobody was injured, but police say Carr and Breit each are facing charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault.
