LAS VEGAS (AP) - Hearings have been delayed in Las Vegas for an ex-convict accused of killing a man whose body was found last year in northwest Las Vegas and a woman shot in a drive-by shooting last month.

Shawn Bradley Eisenman’s defense attorney, Monique McNeill, said Wednesday she sought to postpone preliminary hearings to Aug. 24 and Aug. 26 because she’s still receiving police reports and evidence in the cases.

Eisenman is already jailed on attempted murder, assault and weapon charges felony charges in a June 21 shooting at an auto repair shop that police said led to a confrontation a few days later with detectives trying to apprehend him.

He’s accused of killing Camron Ryan before Ryan’s body was found Dec. 9, and of fatally shooting Ladonna Marie Metais on July 3.
