Delaware State Police say a woman, her son and her son’s wife have been arrested in a large conspiracy in which they bought and sold stolen merchandise at the pawn shop they operated.

The agency said in a news release Wednesday that 62-year-old Denise Toy, and Shaun Reilly and Kisha Reilly, both 35, were arrested last week. Troopers say the three operate the Gold Fever Pawn Shop in Middletown, Delaware, and they bought and sold healthcare products stolen from local CVS and Walgreens stores.

Police say the conspiracy involved 23 people.

Troopers say the pawn shop and the Reillys’ home were raided, and more than $100,000 worth of over-the-counter healthcare products were seized.

Toy and Shaun and Kisha Reilly were charged with racketeering, organized retail theft and other offenses.
