POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. (AP) - A 37-year-old man has been charged with fatally shooting a man while he sat in a car parked on a Hudson Valley street.

Police in the city of Poughkeepsie say they responded around 9:45 a.m. Tuesday to reports of shots fired on South Grand Avenue. When officers arrived they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds sitting in the driver’s seat of a car.
