SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Police are trying to put a stop to a serial shooter who has been targeting occupied vehicles in San Jose.

KNTV-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2aFMqLT ) that police say 10 vehicles have been hit in the past three months, and six of the shootings occurred in the past three weeks.

Police say two people have been wounded by shrapnel or flying glass.

Police say the shootings began in May and have taken place around midnight in South San Jose. They have asked anyone with information to contact the department.
