PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A second teenager has been taken into custody in the shooting that killed a 15-year-old and wounded two other boys after an argument over a playground basketball game in southwest Philadelphia.

Police Capt. James Clark tells The Philadelphia Inquirer (https://bit.ly/2b7L68B ) 18-year-old Kywayne Hill surrendered to police Wednesday morning and is facing murder and other charges.

Clark says Hill is accused of firing into a crowd outside a basketball tournament on July 11 at Cobbs Creek Park. Tyhir Barnes was fatally shot and two of his friends, ages 14 and 16, were injured.

Sixteen-year-old Joshua Richardson was charged last month with murder in the shooting. Clark says investigators believe Richardson and Hill used the same gun.

It’s not known if they have lawyers.
