PHOENIX (AP) - Gasoline prices around Arizona are lower again at the pumps this week.

Officials with Triple-A Arizona said Thursday the average statewide price for unleaded regular gasoline is $2.05 per gallon, down by more than a nickel from last week.

This week’s national average is $2.13 per gallon, up by more than a penny from last week.

Triple-A analysts say that barring unforeseen circumstances, Arizona’s gas prices are likely to remain relatively cheap for the remainder of the summer and into the fall.

Tucson currently has Arizona’s lowest average gasoline price at $1.83 a gallon and Flagstaff the highest at $2.36.

South Carolina has the lowest average gas price among states in the continental U.S. at $1.82 a gallon and California the highest at $2.64.
