WETUMPKA, Ala. (AP) - Officials say an Eclectic man has drowned while swimming in Lake Jordan in Elmore County.

Media outlets report that Elmore County Coroner Brad Linville identified the victim as 31-year-old Ned Terry, who died Wednesday afternoon.

Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin says the drowning appears to be accidental.
