BERLIN, N.H. (AP) - A 32-year-old New Hampshire man who authorities say drove erratically as a woman clung to his truck has been charged in connection with her death.

Police say Randy Baillargeon is facing charges of negligent homicide and reckless conduct in the death of 34-year-old Kristin Black.

Police say she was thrown or jumped from the truck and was found dead in the street in Berlin, New Hampshire, on Wednesday morning.

Witnesses reported seeing a truck speed by before spotting Black’s body.

Police said Baillargeon left the scene of the accident without calling police.

It could not be determined if he has a lawyer.
