DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Police accuse two teenagers of killing a Durham cab driver who picked them up after a robbery.

Local media outlets report the 17- and 15-year-old boys are charged with murder and robbery. Twenty-one-year-old Trayvion Lyons is charged with accessory after the shooting. All three are from Durham.

Forty-six-year-old Ameer Suliman died at a hospital Thursday after walking into a hotel seeking help, then collapsing.

Police say the teens robbed a 17-year-old boy at a subdivision swimming pool about 30 minutes earlier and used his stolen phone to call a cab.

Officers say they found a gun and items belonging to Suliman and the robbed teen when they arrested the three.

WRAL reports Suliman was a father of three whose family joined him from Sudan several years ago.
