DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) - Trial for a Dubuque man accused of fatally shooting his daughter has again been pushed back.

The Telegraph Herald reports (https://bit.ly/2aSaGw1 ) that the first-degree murder trial for 63-year-old Robert Stern has been delayed until Sept. 13. His trial had been scheduled to start Tuesday after initially being pushed back in late April.

Police say Stern admitted shooting 27-year-old Kimberly Stern on June 9, 2015, at the home they shared in Dubuque. Court documents say she was shot 17 times with three handguns.
