OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - A man is being held on $3 million bail in connection with a shooting that injured four people during an armed robbery in Tumwater, just south of Olympia.

The Olympian reports (https://bit.ly/2aw3mVy ) Richard Connor has been jailed on suspicion of several charges related to the July 13 incident.

Court documents say Connor and two other suspects entered a home intending to burglarize a home when they and a victim were shot. All were hospitalized after the incident.

Connor was released from Harborview Medical Center and transported to the Thurston County jail Thursday.

He appeared in court Monday via video from the jail and could be seen sitting in a wheelchair.

Connor’s attorney said his client had a hard time speaking because of his injuries.
