CANTERBURY, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire State Police are investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 93 north in Canterbury.

WMUR-TV reports that police say a truck drifted into the center median and hit some trees early Friday evening.

A passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Steve M. Bomba, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another passenger was seriously injured and taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for treatment. The driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Gov. Maggie Hassan says Bomba was a Grafton County public safety dispatcher. She says a Haverhill police officer and another Grafton County dispatcher were the two injured in the crash.
