GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - Local, state and federal law enforcers have arrested two men they say have been running prostitution rings out of motels in Delaware.

Delaware State Police said in a news release Monday that troopers, the Ocean City, Maryland, police department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security began an investigation into the alleged rings late last year.

Troopers say investigators identified eight women who were victims of the prostitution rings. Authorities say the two men used coercion and verbal abuse and withheld heroin to control the women.

Police say the men advertised prostitution on backpage.com and kept all the money the women made.

Troopers say 24-year-old George L. Dunn of Georgetown and 24-year-old Rashawn Davis of Millsboro were arrested this month. They are charged with human trafficking-sexual servitude and other offenses.
