NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - The longtime owner of a home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is once again trying to sell.

The Virginian-Pilot newspaper (https://bit.ly/2bvfSFk) reports that the house in Virginia Beach is on the market for $2.75 million. The asking price was $4.4 million in 2008 and $3.75 million five years ago.

The 90-year-old owner says “it’s just come time to really sell it.”

The 3,000-square-foot house boasts concrete floors and a 40-foot-long built-in sofa. A curving wall of glass windows and doors overlooks a lake. The Atlantic Ocean is a few blocks away.

The home is the only Wright-designed house in the Hampton Roads region and one of only three in Virginia. It also is one of the famed architect’s last designs before he died in 1959.
