ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - A 45-year-old man has been found guilty of killing another Rochester man in a dispute over car repairs.

Eric Clay was convicted of second-degree murder Tuesday in a bench trial before Monroe County Court Judge John DeMarco.

Prosecutors say Clay killed 25-year-old Justin Crowder in November 2015 during a dispute over payment for repairs from a car accident. The district attorney’s office says Clay fired a shotgun at another man but missed and struck Crowder.

Sentencing is set for Oct. 27.
