DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have identified a woman who was killed in a two-car crash in Dover.

The agency said in a news release Monday that 59-year-old Sandra Frieson of Dover was pronounced dead at a hospital after Thursday’s crash.

Troopers say Frieson was driving a Chevrolet Malibu east on Scarborough Road. Police say Frieson lost control of her car after another vehicle made a U-turn and her vehicle collided with a Buick LeSabre.

Authorities say the driver of the Buick, 22-year-old Alexander Wright of Virginia, was treated at a hospital and released.

The crash remains under investigation.
