PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Authorities say a 12-year-old girl was shot and wounded by a stray bullet in a north Philadelphia shooting that left two other men injured.

Police say gunfire broke out just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the city’s Fairhill neighborhood. The girl was leaving a corner store when police say she was shot in the right leg and taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Authorities say a 23-year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot in the neck and a 31-year-old man is in stable condition from being shot in the ankle.

Police haven’t released a motive for the shooting.
