GEORGETOWN, Ky. (AP) - An ex-convict has pleaded not guilty in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old girl during a sleepover in a mobile home.

Media outlets report that investigators say 27-year-old Michael K. Davidson did not intentionally fire at the mobile home where 15-year-old Morgan Penn was sleeping on Saturday. Police believe she was a victim of crossfire.

Davidson, a resident of Georgetown, also faces parole and probation violations.
