WASHINGTON (AP) - District of Columbia police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting that occurred last November.

Police say 26-year-old Joseph Brown of Southeast Washington was arrested on Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Antwan Baker.

Baker was one of two people shot on Nov. 12 in the Grant Park neighborhood of Northeast Washington. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim survived.

Police have not detailed a motive in the slaying. It was not immediately clear whether Brown has an attorney.
