BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - Police say they’re investigating two separate shootings in Buffalo that have left one person dead and three others wounded.

Officials say the first shooting occurred around 2 a.m. Thursday in the city’s Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood. Police say a 21-year-old man died at the scene and two other people were wounded. Information on the conditions of the injured victims hasn’t been released.

Soon after the first shooting police responded to a report of shots fired on Hickory Street. Officers say a man there had been shot in the arm. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
