BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - A second man has been charged with murder in connection to the fatal shooting of another man during an argument in Birmingham.

Al.com (https://bit.ly/2aylCmk ) reports that 21-year-old Demarri Dayquan Duncan was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder in the April 29 slaying of 35-year-old Ronald Billingsley. Jeremy Bernard Robertson was arrested and charged with murder last week.

Birmingham police spokesman Lt. Sean Edwards say at least two men got into an argument and shot each other. Edwards say the argument stemmed an incident that started several days ago involving the 24-year-old Billingsley and his girlfriend.

Robertson was seriously wounded in the incident, but has been released from the hospital. He is being held at the Jefferson County Jail with a $75,000 bond.

Duncan was released Wednesday from the same jail after posting a $75,000 bond.
