BUCKEYE, Ariz. (AP) - A youth pastor in Buckeye has been accused of videotaping a teenage girl in a department store changing room.

Buckeye police say 31-year-old Christopher Santos was arrested Saturday on suspicion of one felony count each of voyeurism and unlawful recording of a person.

Santos’ bond was set at $7,500 at his initial court appearance Monday. He doesn’t have an attorney yet.

Police say a woman reported seeing Santos bending down in front of the changing room that her 15-year-old daughter was in and holding a cellphone underneath the door.

Officers took possession of the phone.

Police say Santos admitted to trying to videotape whoever was inside the changing room.

Santos now is on administrative leave from Grace Fellowship Church, where officials say he’s been a youth pastor for three years.
