BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A judge has modified bond for a 19-year-old Bismarck man accused of shooting at a woman.

Authorities allege Trevor Peterson fired at the woman in May after he tried to sell drugs to her and a man outside of an apartment building and they refused the offer. He pleaded not guilty last week to attempted murder and criminal mischief.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/2aJ3FSb ) that Judge Cynthia Feland this week agreed to allow Peterson to post just 10 percent of his $100,000 bond as long as he meets conditions including continuing drug addiction treatment.

Peterson is scheduled to stand trial beginning Nov. 28.
