CLINTON, Mont. (AP) - A 26-year-old Lolo man died after apparently stepping in front of a pickup truck on Interstate 90 near Clinton.

The Montana Highway Patrol reports a 72-year-old Lewistown man was traveling westbound shortly after 10 p.m. Monday when the pedestrian stepped from the median and in front of the pickup. The pedestrian died at the scene. His name has not been released.

The patrol says the driver and his passenger, a 64-year-old woman from Lewistown, were both wearing seat belts and were not injured.
