TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say five people suffered minor injuries after a pickup truck collided with a light-rail train in Tempe near the Arizona State University campus.

Tempe police say at least two of the people who were injured were on the light-rail train at the time of the 10 a.m. Thursday crash and two people were transported to a hospital.

Valley Metro investigators also came to the scene to investigate the crash.

Both light-rail tracks were re-opened about 11:20 a.m.
