A member of Philadelphia’s Law Department was recently captured by surveillance cameras at the scene of a crime involving anti-Trump vandalism.

Two men walking outside a Fresh Market in the City of Brotherly Love are wanted by police for “F– Trump” graffiti that was left on its walls.

Assistant City Solicitor Duncan Lloyd was identified as one of the two men seen in the surveillance footage, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The 32-year-old lawyer is holding a glass of wine and seemingly filming as the second man spray-paints the building.

Philadelphia First Deputy City Solicitor Craig Straw told the Inquirer that Mr. Lloyd is now cooperating with law enforcement.

“We do not condone this type of behavior from our employees,” Mr. Straw said. “To my knowledge, Mr. Lloyd has already contacted the Philadelphia police and is cooperating with them. We will decide on a course of action once we obtain more information about the investigation.”

Police have not yet made any arrests.

“It’s still working out. It’s certainly hateful and inappropriate and unacceptable … but people are human beings and they make mistakes and it’s a dumb mistake,” Democrat Mayor Jim Kenney said Thursday. “It’s hateful graffiti. Hateful graffiti is never acceptable whether it’s a city employee or not.”

Mr. Lloyd makes makes $63,207 a year as part of the city’s Labor and Employment unit, The Inquirer reported.

Police are still looking for a second individual who is responsible for the damage, estimated to be as much as $10,000.

“Did the extra glass of Shiraz give him some sort of delusional confidence that there are no cameras on Germantown Avenue?” said Joe DeFelice, chairman of the Philadelphia Republican Party. “The taxpayers should be entrusting exactly none of our faith into this man.”
