SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 15-year-old Syracuse boy has admitted fatally shooting a 32-year-old man on a busy street after a dispute.

The Syracuse Post-Standard (https://bit.ly/2gF3A25 ) reports that Vikal Williams has pleaded guilty to killing Tabarrie Tillie on a city street last May 31. Prosecutor Melinda McGunnigle declined to discuss terms of the plea.

Police say Tillie had gotten into a dispute with Williams sometime before the shooting. Williams was accused of walking across a park and street crowded with children, getting into a pickup truck and shooting Tillie.

Another man, 20-year-old Jeffrey Bradshaw, is also charged with connection with Tillie’s death. Bradshaw also faces a murder charge in the October 2015 death of 15-year-old Zavion Escobar.
