WACO, Texas (AP) - A grand jury has indicted another person for his alleged involvement in the biker shooting last year at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco that left nine dead.

The McLennan County jury on Wednesday indicted 44-year-old Glenn Walker on a charge of engaging in organized criminal activity.

The jury’s action means there are now 155 bikers who’ve been indicted as a result of the May 2015 exchange of gunfire between two rival gangs that also left 20 people hurt.

The trial of another man indicted on the same charge is scheduled to begin next month, making that defendant the first to have his case heard in court.

A phone message left for Walker at his Copperas Cove home was not immediately returned.

He was among 177 bikers who were arrested following the shooting.
