NEW YORK (AP) - Police have removed items from the Hells Angels’ Manhattan headquarters after a man was shot on the street outside during a brawl with members of the motorcycle club.

The Daily News reports (https://nydn.us/2gZAPuG ) officers armed with a city summons carried out a visual inspection Tuesday outside the property in the East Village.

Police removed two planters, a bench and a ramp. They’ve also removed orange traffic cones club members used to block off parking spots for their motorcycles.

The moving of one of the cones by 25-year-old David Martinez touched off a brawl early Sunday morning. Police say Martinez moved the cone so the car he was riding in could get past.

Bikers then fought with Martinez and his friends. Martinez was shot in the stomach and is recovering.

The shooter remains at large.
