WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (AP) - Police say there have been three accidents involving school buses from the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools this week.

The Winston-Salem Journal reports (https://bit.ly/2hm81zQ) no students were hurt in any of the crashes.

A statement from police said the latest accident occurred Wednesday, when a bus carrying nine students from Ibraham Elementary School was involved in an accident with a car. That collision is under investigation.

On Monday, eight Mineral Springs Elementary School students were aboard a bus that was involved in a crash with a vehicle. That collision is also under investigation.

According to police, 40 students from Mineral Springs Elementary School were on a bus that was struck by a vehicle on Tuesday. The driver of the car involved in the accident was cited.
