CARMEL, Ind. (AP) - Encore Sotheby’s International Realty plans to build a new $5 million headquarters in Indiana.

The Indianapolis Star reports (https://indy.st/2hp4aSg ) work will begin on the 3-story, nearly 20,000-square foot building in Carmel this spring. It should be open in late 2017.

The real estate firm handles high-end properties and opened in 2010. Mark Zukerman, the company’s chief executive, said the firm will move about 40 employees to Carmel from Marion County, where it leases a little more than 6,000 square feet.
