ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - Alaska State Troopers are investigating the cause of death of a Fairbanks man found in a pickup along the Parks Highway.

The body of 68-year-old Donald Leistikow (LEYES-tih-kow) was found Tuesday afternoon in a truck that entered the ditch at Mile 149.

Troopers say Leistikow’s death appears to be from natural causes.

Troopers say the truck had been southbound. It crossed the centerline and entered the ditch on the northbound side of the highway.
